You’ve followed every map they gave you.

You built the life, the family, and the career. You are the rock for everyone else—your business, your community, your household. From the outside it looks like everything is perfect, but on the inside something is not quite right. Maybe you know what it is, and maybe you don't, but this is not what you pictured it would feel like.

Your Reality

You did all the right things, and now everyone seems to think you have it figured out. Those closest to you need you to have it all figured out. But the "Success Trap" is real. Appearances are deceiving and most of the men I know are doing what I did, just trying to "fake it till you make it." If you let on that you don’t have it figured out, then you risk destabilizing everything you worked so hard to create.

High-Level Maps vs. Pinpoint Terrain

The maps you've followed are real and they are useful. They are designed to get you near where you want to be. But a high-level map is not a guarantee of arrival at a pinpoint destination. They get you to the general territory; they don't help you navigate the specific crevices of your own life.
